• 🔕 Goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify any matters relevant to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration can take several days to a week. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the lot and charge the buyer the full difference between the new sale price and the offered price, plus any agency and debt-collection costs with interest.
