Items come from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been checked by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must inspect the item, related documents and files before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several days up to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing an offer.
