Seized 400 KPY book-entry shares (telephone company KPY), Kuopio

The item will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 8 April 2026 - 29 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 29 April 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid for the automatic increase feature. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum offered amount and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 24 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by e-mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
