• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The seller photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition surveyor so hidden defects may be present that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder has a duty to inspect the item, and any company documents and papers, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been seen during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and MOT information using Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be MOT-tested, untested or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the full difference between the new lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information given before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
