• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been professionally inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items are from active use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. As items have not been examined by a condition inspector, there may be latent defects not visible in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the item, the related documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on issues that could have been detected during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via the public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

And please note that:

• read the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
