• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The lot has been described for the listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller; there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Please check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over the vehicle, registration may take from several days up to a week. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
