• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sale listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the item, related company documents and paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item sold carries no seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawing from the purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
