• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Items come straight from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding: The bidder must inspect the lot, company documents and related records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold carries no warranty from the seller, and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before deciding to buy. Please check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles offered may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days up to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Connection disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be picked up within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

•     inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

•     offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

•     the lot is sold as seen, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•     if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction end, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
