• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a condition inspection. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed for the listing by the seller. The product has not been reviewed by an inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must inspect the premises, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always verify relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and will charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before bidding.
