Items come directly from use or storage and have been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been checked by a condition surveyor, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing The bidder must inspect the lot and any related company documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. • 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection deadline: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. €50 per day + VAT will be charged for overdue collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and the terms of sale applied to this auction before bidding.
