The item has been described for the sale by the seller. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder has a duty to inspect the lot, the company's documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot may have its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take from several days up to a week. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the lot and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
