The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must, before bidding, inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each auction has its own collection fee; if you win multiple auctions, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check any matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: Buyers are responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the originally offered price and the new (lower) price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
