• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage and have been described for the lot by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition expert, so latent defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot and any related documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been observed during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold with no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. Items must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days up to a week. Please allow for this when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
