Insulated 12 m Shipping Container 'Site Workshop / Storage', Teuva

Great workshop/storage for site use — insulated and well equipped.

The container is 12 metres long and otherwise looks and measures like a standard shipping container. The lock ears and lock protection are boxed to meet insurance burglary-protection requirements.

Includes a lightly used belt-driven 2-stage compressor with a large tank, and a ready compressed-air line from the compressor to a hose reel next to the rear door — all airtight, no hissing.

LED lights are fitted to the ceiling and operate from the electrical panel.

There's a 16A mains inlet on the outside wall, internal distribution panels and residual-current devices, plus an electricity consumption metre in case site power is charged.

Workbenches are included, and a large high-power bench grinder with a spare grinding wheel.

The container is tight and warm, illuminated by LED lights — it stays warm and secure as storage/workshop in winter cold using very little electricity.

All loose items shown in the photos are included: shelves, tables, a filing/work bench, a stand for a magnetic drill, cables, panels, RCDs, kWh meter, paper holder and even the paper roll :)

We can help with lifting the container onto a vehicle and arranging transport. The container is located on a large tarmacked yard with direct access alongside.
