The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller's nominated bank account at the signing of the sale.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the lot after signing the contract of sale and paying the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price.

The seller is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
