Seized commercial property, 600 m², in Pieksämäki town centre, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by highest bid in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 7 April 2026 and 28 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 28 April 2026 at 14:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.

The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via www.huutokaupat.com, prospective buyers may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic bidding system. Written offers must be submitted no later than 27 April 2026 at 12:00 by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi or by post to Enforcement Authority, Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 50100 Mikkeli.

Written offers are binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the online auction item number to which the offer applies.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants should ensure that their contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. The buyer and new owner will in principle be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder acted wholly or partly on behalf of another, they must present a power of attorney or other proof.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms prescribed in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions will be attached to the sales decision.
