TERMS OF SALE

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The seller’s purchase contract will be used for the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings shown in the advertisement and as at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the property.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are the seller’s estimates only.

Bidders must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer.

By submitting a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

The seller will obtain official extracts relating to the property.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of transferring mortgage certificates.

Bids must be made in the huutokaupat.com service by the time indicated.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs incurred from the failed auction in the amount of €1,000.

Acceptance of an offer

Bidders are asked to note that acceptance of an offer requires approval from the largest creditors. Obtaining approval may take approximately two weeks from the end of the auction.

Completion of the sale

The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller’s nominated bank account at the signing of the contract.

The buyer will obtain ownership of the property after signing the contract and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer must apply for title registration within 6 months of signing the contract; the buyer bears the registration costs.

The buyer pays the notary’s fee.

The seller is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest.
