Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making an offer, bidders must inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later refer to any matter that could have been detected in a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

Contract of sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the signing of the contract.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
