Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property and its documents. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the closing. The fee for the official who confirms the sale is shared equally by the seller and the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
