Terms of offer

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer.

The highest bidder must present an operational plan within 24 hours of the offer being accepted.

Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the lease.

Bidders agree that their contact details may be released by Huutokaupat.com to the advertiser to enable notification of the rental decision.

Offers
The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to request additional information and clarifications from bidders and to reject all offers. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.

Offer period

The offer period starts on 16 April 2026 and ends on 5 May 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid. Bids must be placed in the Huutokaupat.com service by the specified time. The property can only be rented to the bidder whose offer is registered in the system.

The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer. The City of Helsinki, Urban Environment Division is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the one accepted as highest by the service provider's system.

Bids submitted to the online auction are binding.

Conditions for acceptance of an offer

Acceptance of an offer and conclusion of the lease require that there are no adverse entries in the tenant's credit information and that the tenant, the tenant's owner, or any party exercising control over the tenant is not subject to sanctions by the European Union or the UN. By making an offer the tenant certifies that these conditions are met.

Viewing the property

The property is rented in the condition and with the equipment stated in the advertisement and at the time of signing the contract. Bidders are obliged to inspect the property and the area where the kiosk is located themselves before making an offer, as well as the documents before submitting a binding offer. The tenant may not later refer to any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection. By placing an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Signing the lease

The security deposit must be paid in full, and the lease must be signed no later than one month after the decision notice has been sent to the tenant, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord. All bidders will be notified of the tenant selection.
