The property is sold by raised bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 3 May 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The buyer must arrange for the fulfilment of obligations related to the flat towards the housing company. Bidders in the online auction should size their bids accordingly.
