The property has been seized and is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, applying where relevant the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20% of the purchase price as a deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when an offer is accepted.

Selling conditions:

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and in accordance with the Enforcement Code's general auction terms. Once the highest bid has been accepted, the buyer shall immediately pay the purchase price or at least 20 percent of the purchase price as a deposit.
