Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these sales terms.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before submitting an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Conclusion of the sale

It is also possible to proceed in the traditional manner. The purchase price is paid before signing the deed of sale in KVP or manually. Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice. (3 %)

The buyer is also responsible for the property formation fee.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
