Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs of the failed auction in the amount of €1,000.

Acceptance of offer

Bidders are asked to note that acceptance of an offer requires approval of the largest creditors. Obtaining approval may take approx. 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Conclusion of sale

The buyer pays the purchase price to the seller's nominated bank account at completion.

Ownership transfers to the buyer after signing the deed and payment of the purchase price.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer must apply for title registration within 6 months of signing the deed; the buyer is responsible for title registration fees.
