TERMS OF SALE

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The seller's deed of sale will be used for the transaction.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the notice are the seller's assessments of the property.

Bidders must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer.

By submitting a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

The seller will obtain the official extracts related to the property.

The buyer is responsible for the costs of transferring the mortgage deeds.

The seller's deed of sale will be used for the transaction.

The signing time of the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately.

Selling the property free of encumbrances requires the mortgagee's consent. The highest bid will be submitted for the mortgagee's approval before accepting or rejecting the highest bid.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs of organising the failed auction in the amount of €1,000.

Acceptance of offers

The seller asks bidders to note that acceptance of an offer requires approval of the largest creditors. Obtaining approval may take approximately 2 weeks from the end of the auction.

Completion of sale

The buyer pays the purchase price to the bank account specified by the seller at the signing.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property after signing the deed and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price.

The buyer must apply for title registration within 6 months of signing the deed; the buyer is responsible for registration costs.

The buyer pays the notary's fee.
