A wilderness property for those seeking peace of mind. Surrounded by forest. No neighbours visible from the windows. Good berry-picking areas and plenty of paths/tracks for cycling, ATV or car to explore endlessly. Nearest sand pit about 3 km away. Located on a good forest road. This listing is made on behalf of my father. So, amid forest scenery,

two plots have been subdivided; the trees on the plots and the buildings are included in the sale. A small pond has been dug on one plot. Plot areas 1,220 m² and 1,120 m².

+ Small log cabins. Require renovation and straightening, and the floor needs reinforcing — a central support pillar or similar. Some roof felt has come off but is repairable. About 1–3 packs of material should make everything OK 👍 so you can enjoy the cabin as is or do a little work.

+ Cabin footprint approx 5×5 m; the logs are made from deadwood from the owner’s forest. NOTE: all movable contents are included in the sale.

+ There is height. There is a chimney and a fireplace but it does not work. It will be removed before handover (removed, see last photo) 👍

+ Sauna (Konsta sauna) approx 2×4 m plus terrace. (Harvia stove + new flue tank included in the sale).

- Outhouse: broken. Note the composting bin may still be usable.

- No electricity. Good solutions are a gas cooker and a gas-powered fridge. In a fairly sunny spot you can install solar panels or use a small generator.

- No water well (but nothing stops you digging one).

- On a forest access road, so in winter the road is sometimes ploughed and sometimes not.
