Onnenkäpälä. Forest property, Kauhava

For someone seeking peace of mind: a remote wilderness property. Surrounded by forest. No neighbours visible from the windows. Good berry grounds, and lots of endless tracks/roads suitable for cycling, quad or car. Nearest sand quarry about 3 km away. Located on a good forest road. This listing is made on behalf of my father.

Two plots. A small pond has been dug on one plot. Plot areas 0.1220 ha and 0.1120 ha.

+ Jalas cabins. Require renovation and straightening, strengthening of the floor. A centre pillar or similar is needed. Some roofing felt has come off the cabin, but it is repairable — about 1–3 rolls should do, then everything will be fine 👍 i.e. you can enjoy the cabin without doing anything or just tinker a little.

+ The cabin base measures about 5 x 5 m; the logs are made from deadwood from our own forest. NOTE!!! All loose items are included in the sale.

+ There is height. There is a chimney and a fireplace but it does not work. It will be removed before handover.

+ Sauna (Konsta sauna) approx. 2 x 4 m + terrace. (Harvia stove and a new chimney tank are included in the sale).

- Outhouse: broken. However, note the compost unit may still be usable.

- No electricity. A good solution is a gas cooker and a gas-powered fridge. In a reasonably sunny spot you can fit solar panels or else use a generator.

- No well (but nothing prevents digging one).

- Located on a forest road, so in winter the road is cleared sometimes and sometimes not.
