The property is sold by incremental bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 9 April 2026 and 3 May 2026. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 3 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 29 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer refers. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
