The City of Seinäjoki offers its farmland for rent at Halkosaari - Kitinoja.

The lease is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030.

2. The City has the right to take the area into use before the lease expires. The City must notify the area’s farmer 14 days in advance of any takeover or measures.

3. The City is obliged to compensate for cultivation measures and/or damage to the crop if caused by actions taken by the City.

4. If there is jointed goatgrass in the area, the tenant is obliged to carry out control measures required by the Hukkakaura Act.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Bidders agree that their contact information may be provided by Huutokaupat.com to the publisher to enable sales decisions and communication.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The person placing a bid accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid.

Viewing the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, the company's documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the documents pertaining to the property. The seller guarantees that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and which could reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the contract will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares will take place at the contract signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 2% of the debt-free purchase price (unless they meet the conditions for a first-time permanent home buyer).

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not proceed for reasons attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation.
