2.      The city has the right to take the area into use before the lease ends. The city must inform the area's farmer 14 days in advance of any takeover or measures.

3.      The city is obliged to compensate for cultivation measures and/or damage to crops if they result from actions taken by the city.

4.      If the area has wild oats, the tenant is obliged to control them using the measures required by the Wild Oats Act.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
