For sale: two valid, adjacent gold panning licences in Salla (Tuntsa / Nuolusoja). Both areas are hand‑digging sites where gold has been found, but little excavation work has been carried out. The sale also includes a ready campsite with equipment (kota with a stove, tent sauna with wood‑burning heater and benches, composting toilet, storage box, recessed cold store). Tools, machines and other movable items are not included in the price. The buyer pays the licence transfer fees and must post bonds for both claims of €1,200 and €2,200.
