Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as the highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Inspection of the property

Before making an offer the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

You may visit the property independently for inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer, but the deed must be signed within 30 days of acceptance of the offer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

The buyer is responsible for the drafting of the deed and other costs arising from the property sale.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
