The property area is 5,960 m² and is located on a zoned area next to Inkeroisten railway station.

The zoning plan approved on 4 March 1963 (754 Ak0305) is in force for the area; the property is divided into several land-use areas. The property boundary is shown with a line on the attached zoning map.

ALK (block for mixed commercial and residential apartment buildings) 2,030 m², building right 30% of the plot area = 609 m²

Y (block for public buildings) 2,519 m², building right 30% of the plot area = 755 m²

P (park) 21 m²,

road areas (Asematie, Terholantie and Sakuntie) 1,390 m²

The property has water, sewer and electricity connections.

In addition, note that construction on the block plots must not be placed closer than 4 metres to a neighbour's boundary.

The final sale will be approved by the Joint Parish Council

The highest bidder must pay a reservation fee of €1,000 (one thousand euros) to the account designated by Kouvola Parish Union within 7 days of the auction's end.

If the sale is cancelled for a reason other than that notified by the parish, the reservation fee will not be refunded. No interest will be paid on the reservation fee.
