The property area is 5,960 m² and is located in a zoned area next to Inkeroinen railway station.

The area is covered by the town plan approved on 4 March 1963 (754 Ak0305), in which this property is divided into several land-use areas. The property boundary is shown with a line on the attached town plan map.

ALK (block area for combined commercial and residential apartment buildings) 2,030 m², building right 30% of the plot area = 609 m² gross floor area

Y (block area for public buildings) 2,519 m², building right 30% of the plot area = 755 m² gross floor area

P (park area) 21 m²,

road areas (Asematie, Terholantie and Sakuntie) 1,390 m²

The property has water, sewer, gas and electricity connections

It should also be noted that building on the lots in the block must not be placed less than 4 metres from the neighbour's boundary.

The final sale will be approved by the Joint Church Council

The highest bidder must pay a reservation fee of €1,000 (one thousand euros) to the account specified by the Parish Union of Kouvola within 7 days of the end of the auction.

If the sale is cancelled for a reason other than that notified by the parish, the reservation fee will not be refunded. No interest will be paid on the reservation fee.
