The deadline for submitting offers ends on 01/03/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted offer.

Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as offers made in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer applies. The written offer must be submitted no later than 25/02/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, or by email to lahti.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
