The object is sold in an online auction arranged on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 27 February 2026 at 10:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction. The minimum increment in the online auction is 500 euros.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the online auction.

On the day the bid is accepted, the buyer must pay the full purchase price or at least the deposit, unless the buyer is clearly assessed as solvent. The deposit is 20% of the purchase price. Accepted deposit methods are cash, debit card or other payment means equivalent to cash, or acceptable security. Payment to the official funds account on the day of sale is also accepted. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

The buyer may be granted interest-bearing payment time for the purchase price of up to six weeks from the date the offer is accepted (the sales decision). Ownership and possession of the object cannot, however, transfer to the buyer before the purchase price has been paid in full.
