Approximately a five-hectare plot in Enontekiö by the Äijäjoki; the exact area will be confirmed during partitioning. The Äijäjoki runs through the plot and it is just over one kilometre to the Muonio River. Building on the plot requires an exception permit, which is granted or refused by the municipality of Enontekiö. The seller has not applied for the permit and is not responsible for obtaining it. The area between the road and the river that runs through the plot is uncut, and the opposite side of the road has been cleared. The area is at least partly naturally regenerated, but the buyer is responsible for any reforestation costs if required. About eight hectares of the property have previously been sold as plots; their partitioning is pending. The property extract in the photos section refers to the whole holding before the sale of the roughly eight hectares. Road rights will be handled in the partitioning procedure.

With the plot the buyer will receive 3 shares in the Enontekiö joint forest and, proportionate to area, a share of the waters of the Palojoensuu partition district. The current joint forest shareholder permit practice for hunting is: a shareholder is entitled to a seasonal small-game permit at a price of €40 per hunting season. The permit includes the right to hunt up to 40 game points. In addition, the shareholder permit includes the right to take part in bear hunting. The shareholder and their family members who fall into inheritance tax class 1 are entitled to use the shareholder's hunting permit. Shareholder permits are allocated as follows: 0.1–5 shares entitle one shareholder hunting permit.

The content of the rights conferred by the shares is determined by applicable legislation, official regulations and decisions of the shareholder communities and other decision-making bodies, and the seller makes no representations as to how the owner of the property may use the rights conferred by the shares.
