The property will be sold by raising bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 4 February–1 March 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right, if necessary, to extend the deadline for submitting bids.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum automatic increment bid. The written offer must be signed and must state the contact details of the bidder, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer.

After the auction ends the Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose bid has been accepted as highest and provide detailed instructions for payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made; otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale pursuant to section 76, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
