Offers made in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make an offer via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's personal and contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. Submission of a written offer must be agreed with the enforcement officer in advance and the offer must be delivered to the Enforcement Authority's Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti, no later than 25/02/2026 at 12:00.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest offer made.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest offer is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.
The Enforcement Authority may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submitting offers.

The buyer is responsible for any charges that may arise from the transfer of connection agreements.

The property is sold in an online auction with automatic bid increments on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase offers expires on 01/03/2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted purchase offer has been made to the auction.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 25/02/2026 at 12:00 to the address below.
