Terms of Sale

The property is sold by bidding in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 9 Feb – 1 Mar 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 1 Mar 2026 at 17:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
