Bids must be made by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

How bids are submitted

The lot is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 22 March 2026 at 20:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seller is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The seller will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period (see auction terms).

Inspection of the property

Before bidding, the bidder must inspect the property and review documents and records relating to the company. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the sales contract will be agreed with the buyer separately after any accepted offer. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer will take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 2% of the debt-free purchase price (unless they meet the conditions for a first-time permanent home buyer).

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not go through due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to the agreed fixed compensation.
