Terms of Sale

The property is seized and will be sold by private sale under the authority of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code, following the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. More details are available in the prepared sales prospectus.

 

Bids are for the purchase price payable to the Enforcement Authority. The sales prospectus contains information on any share loans, outstanding maintenance charges or other receivables that the buyer will be responsible for or must pay to obtain possession of the flat.

 

Bids submitted are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.


Sales terms:

 

The property is seized and sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. More information is in the sales prospectus.

 

Bids concern the purchase price to be paid in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on possible loan shares, unpaid housing company charges and other obligations or costs for which the new owner will also be responsible or required to pay to take possession of the share apartment.
