The property is sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 19 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20 per cent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official holding account IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The reference number to be used is RF81 3560 0004 2382 56. Payment by credit card is not possible.

Where necessary, up to six weeks' payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.5%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be delivered no later than 16 March 2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at the address below

A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property is attached and will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax of 1.5% is calculated on the combined total of the purchase price and the obligations transferring to the buyer, in accordance with the date of transfer of ownership.

The buyer acquires ownership of the shares and the deed of sale is delivered to the buyer only when the sales decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
