The property is sold by online auction on Huutokaupat.com from 25 February to 25 March 2026. The deadline for submitting offers ends at 14:00 on 25 March 2026 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The asset is seized and will be sold by private sale arranged by the enforcement officer, in accordance with the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code where applicable. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the property.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid separately, at the latest within seven days of the online auction closing.
Offers submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for damages under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
