• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage in their current condition. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. As items have not been inspected by a professional inspector, hidden defects may exist that were not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, associated documentation and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax (VAT), nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchanges or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Before purchase, always check all potentially relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include both inspected and uninspected vehicles and vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction closes. Collections are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage charge of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day of delay will be charged.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to a refund. The items will revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the resale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as seen" but the advertiser confirms that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not state acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
