• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come from active use or storage. The item has been described for the listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Viewing Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, company documents and related papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty from the seller, nor any right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each lot has its own pick-up fee; if you win multiple lots, a pick-up fee must be paid for each lot. The pick-up fee is visible in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so please check the items carefully before purchase. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed, inspected or uninspected.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect the purchased items within 7 days of the auction end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the deadline, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day of delay.

• Items not collected
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to reimbursement. The item returns to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

And please note that

• inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold on an as‑is basis, but the announcer guarantees that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the announcer does not state acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
