• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. The items are from active use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so there may be latent defects not noticed at the time of listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises and any documents relating to the company before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of items Items originate from the bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the time limit, a storage fee of 40 euros + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for each day overdue.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer will be considered to have abandoned the purchase without right to refund. The item will return to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or right of return

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser guarantees that the information provided in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
