• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a surveyor, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders have a duty to inspect the premises and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify all potentially relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicles' possible tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax‑unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchases.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction closes. Collection is during weekdays.

• Delay fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items within the time allowed, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per started day will be charged for each day beyond the collection period.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item will return to the seller's control, who may resell it.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the buyer for the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the offer will no longer bind the bidder.
