• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the premises and any company documents and papers related to the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim any issue that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each bid has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the pickup fee for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Please always check any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they pass to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that have passed inspection, those that have not been inspected, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction closes. Collection takes place on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect goods within the time limit a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per each commenced day of delay.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction ending, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned their purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be re‑sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re‑sell the item and charge the difference between any lower price obtained and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is – however the seller guarantees that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not inform acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
