• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the unit, the company's documents and papers before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from Huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if there are several bids, the collection fee must be paid for each bid. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Condition of items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before buying. Please always check before purchasing matters that may be relevant to your purchase e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction's end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items in time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per commenced day will be charged.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction's end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned their purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item will revert to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms that apply to this auction before placing a bid.

• check the item and the provided information before bidding

• offers are binding, and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold under 'sold as seen' terms, but the advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
