• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been checked by a professional inspector, so latent faults may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the premises and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during a pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com's email. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple wins, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new, so defects or omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or uninspected.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the items on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) is charged for each started day beyond the collection time.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without entitlement to reimbursement. The goods revert to the seller's control and may be re-sold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms that apply to this auction before bidding.

And please note:

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the item is sold on an "as is" basis, but the seller is responsible for the correctness of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
