• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of item The bidder must inspect the premises and any company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from an insolvent estate—please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for transporting and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of the bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods within the time limit, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) per commenced day will be charged for each day overdue.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The goods revert to the seller's control, who may resell them.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
