The seller accepts no responsibility for the condition/functionality/defects/shortcomings of the items. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving/transporting the items. The seller has not inspected the condition of the items.

Bids placed are binding. The highest bidder must pay without delay, but no later than two (2) days from acceptance of the highest bid, the full purchase price to the insolvency estate's designated bank account.
